Local Pickup
Cynosure Reptiles is located in Seattle, WA. If the general Puget Sound area is convenient to you, we’d be delighted to arrange for local pick up.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is available for a flat fee of $49 to anywhere in the continental United States. This fee is waived for purchases over $500. Snakes are shipped overnight via FedEx, on a mutually agreed upon date. The customer will be provided with a tracking number. At this time, we are only shipping to FedEx HUBs. The health and safety of our animals is of paramount importance, so snakes will only be shipped when outdoor temperatures are within a safe range and the customer must be available to pick up their snake from the FedEx HUB the same day it arrives.

Shipping Temperatures
Snakes will not be shipped unless both here in Seattle and the destination do not have a projected low below 38 degrees.

Guarantees
Cynosure Reptiles guarantees that snakes will arrive live and healthy, with the sex and genetics as stated. If there are any issues, contact us within 24 hours of arrival. Snakes carrying a heterozygous gene are fully guaranteed. We keep meticulous records and can always review breeding pairs. Identification of multi-gene animals are based on experience, research, and breeding information. Identifications are always done in good faith, but of course future breeding is the only way to fully prove if an animal’s genetic make up. We will make every effort to be upfront about genetic possibilities, and customers should do their own research and carefully consider the potential outcomes if purchasing a snake with a more theoretical identification. We are always happy to answer questions!

Holds and Payment Plans
We will happily hold a snake for a non-refundable 25% deposit. Full payment must be made within 60 days, unless an alternate payment plan is arranged. Snakes are only shipped after full payment has been received.
